FreshWater Farms LLC was born with the interest and intent to be San Antonio’s leading, most dependable provider of all natural, chemical-free produce and Microgreens with a strong, personal connection to those in the Culinary Arts and the Medical Field.
In 2014, instigated by severe health issues of her own, Christina Heki founded the corporation with her husband Scott Park and has since been a rapidly expanding local producer and distributer of Microgreens.
In the arena of the culinary arts, Microgreens are eagerly sought out for their incredible flavors and visual impact. Restaurants, personal chefs, universities, and the likes, started reserving their own grow space on the production floor. And even amidst the whirlwind of their newest commitment, they never lost focus of the original intent. Health and wellness.
They began sharing their newfound information and product with friends and family. The abundance of benefits in the health and culinary arts were recognized immediately. They soon realized that they could easily be the supply for the new demand.
