Bee 🐝 careful pony pals! It’s wasp season!

Huckleberry went on his first trail ride but I never even got in the saddle due to us walking over a huge hive of ground bees and getting swarmed and stung a dozen times. Poor Huckleberry got stung about 30 times; Indi only got a few. I walked away with 8 stings… 🐝 Not the Saturday I had hoped for.

Hi! I'm Jess, and I’m based in Charlottesville, VA. With over a decade of experience in horse care and farm sitting, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a trail guide, farm sitter, exercise rider, and groom. I have experience with horses, donkeys, minis, cows, goats, chickens, cats, dogs and rabbits. I also own my own ponies, so I truly understand the level of care and attention that each animal deserves. I work remotely, which gives me the flexibility to be there for your animals when they need it most. I promise to treat each one as if they were my own, ensuring they receive the love and care they deserve. I have plenty of references and would love to help take care of your farm!
