WE WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE WEEK OF JULY 1st - JULY 5th. Our amazing staff has worked so hard to make our recent move such a huge success, that we'd like to provide them with the opportunity to have an extended celebration with friends and family. Our mobile facility allows us to offer your pet all the modern veterinary services provided by a stationary veterinary practice, right at your home. The team at Baystate Mobile is doing everything possible to ensure that your pets are well-cared for during this time. In an effort to offer another level of security to those undergoing self-quarantine, our higher-risk populations, or those that simply do not feel comfortable leaving the safety of their homes, we have added a new service. We have started using a virtual visit service called TeleVet which allows us to perform virtual veterinary visits from the comfort of your home. It is an intuitive app that is very user-friendly. We hope that this will be a safe, yet efficient, option for you to access veterinary care for your pets while still being vigilant about public health. In order to take advantage of this service through our clinic, just download the TeleVet app from the iTunes or Google Play stores for free. For direct links, or to use your computer, you can just go to www.gettelevet.com/owners. Once you have the app, you can quickly register, add your pets, add our clinic, and utilize our virtual consultation feature. If you have any questions about this service, just let us know.
