Hello everyone… we have had to put a new policy in place for no shows on appointments. With our new app system a reminder text goes out the day before your appointment. These last couple of months we have been getting a lot of people not showing up for appointments. Please understand the groomers all work on commission. We are unable to fill the spot at last minute and also are left with a gap in the day. We understand things happen and a quick phone call to let us know is helpful. If you do not show up for the appointment and have not given us a call we will ask you to pay for that appointment. I have tried to avoid doing this for many years but it’s just become too frequent. Thank you for your understanding.

We hired a new groomer !!! Julia has started with us full time from another salon.

We have finally been able to open our schedule and now have appointments available !

We also have a wonderful groomer trainee working towards having her own schedule. She started training with chino and will continue with Jen. Welcome to Kaylee ❤️

We are looking for a groomer ! If you know anyone please send them our way. We are completely overflowing with dogs and cannot keep up with appointments. Right now we are booking for first week of May. So when you come in for your appointment please make the next two ahead. Thank you all for your patience as we try to accommodate everyone.

We are busier than ever and understaffed. If you know anyone looking for a receptionist position send them our way.
