A lot happens from birth to 9weeks!

Puppies develop immensely and learn so many skills!

choosing to buy a puppy is a big decision, and choosing where your puppy was raised is an equally important element of that decision!

Billie Babies of Chattanooga is going to care about each dog’s development, because each dog matters.

For example, I want pups to practice doing their business on grass, and I want to acclimate them to the outdoors. I take time to introduce the pups to shallow water and getting gentle frequent baths.
Puppy mush is a ton of fun! But it matters also what kind of nutrients these growing babies are getting. For this reason we choose Fromm, a high quality food with whole ingredients.

French bulldogs are a ton of fun! 🤪🤩😆
These dogs are widely loved for a good reason.

Personally speaking, Billie has made my job a blast - she is so beautiful, silly and full of personality!

Are you considering owning a frenchie?
If you are, know that you would be gaining a faithful and affectionate friend.

Over the past two years I’ve been soaking up content and research about the French Bulldog breed. Today, I want to share with you some of my input and insight about frenchies.

For starters, I just love how agile and small frenchies are. Compared to large dog breeds, whom I adore for their personalities, French bulldogs have that “big dog” mindset and athleticism fit into one small package!

This dog will hop in your lap, zip around the living room, and get a little crazy from time to time. Frenchies love playing games, my Billie is even more ball motivated than food motivated!
Frenchies have great balance and proprioception. The whole family will enjoy seeing these dogs jump high, flip and run so fast.

It’s not all high energy however. A frenchie also loves sunbathing, snoring, and snuggling on the sofa. Many owners look for a dog who can keep their energy level low key. This is another thing I’ve found about frenchies, their energy really can be determined hugely by their owners. If their owner needs them to be a plush indoor pooch, that can fully satisfy this breed healthily, if their owner loves walks, and activity, their frenchie can match that lifestyle too!

Frenchies own their “bulldog” character traits pretty well. They can be stubborn! It’s what makes them brave and heroic❤️! I genuinely adore this trait. ❤️A frenchie won’t likely suffer from anxiety, because they literally fear less than other breeds. Be direct and consistent with a frenchie, give it clear boundaries and it will love you for it!

I’m my opinion, this little dog has the emotional stability of a St. Bernard,
the faithfulness of a Labrador retriever, the playfulness of a boxer.
Breeding French bulldogs specifically has become a passion for me. I’ve always known that I desired to breed because I love to care for mother dogs and their litters. My admiration for the French bulldog however, has grown deeply in the process. It’s my joy to share Frenchies with the world.

This is our one and only boy, Mr. Darcy 💙
He is an amazing eater and is our second heaviest pup in the litter. Darcy is very laid back, happy and relaxed.
He has a gorgeous face and strong body structure.
On top of all this he is sporting a white blaze on his chest.😍

Our sweet girl Billie is being patient as we wait each day for the vet to tell us that it’s time to have a C-section.
We are all so excited to meet the babies and care for each one. ❤️🐾
But for now, we wait.

Billie and I are making our second visit the vet to check her progesterone levels.
French bulldogs have nice square heads and cute narrow hips. These traits of the breed are lovely to look at, however, these characteristics require extra care when delivering a litter of frenchie pups.
To keep Billie and her Babies safe she is having a cesarean delivery.

Now we wait patiently and watch closely as Billie’s Babies develop just a little more before a natural labor begins.
