Galaxy's base coat color as well as her merle pattern are really close to the same color throughout her coat so her merle pattern is only visible in certain lighting. Her coat has an overall slate grey coloring. It's really beautiful. She does show a typical merle pattern on her ears. The nose freckles she is getting are sooooo cute 🥰

Out of this world mini aussiedoodle pups.
All these babies are doing amazing! Growing well, eat and sleeping. Everything a puppy should be doing! Day 3 and we are starting ENS exercises today, time to give their development a jumpstart 💪🐾
A few interesting things of note from the last few days.
I had a tiny little whoops and found out yesterday that one of the puppies I thought was a girl was indeed a little boy. It was the smallest one and his little boy bits were so small I could hardly see them. I was holding him yesterday and all the sudden I was like wait a second... What's that!? You're a boy 🤣 So we have 5 boys, 3 girls in this litter.
Also another interesting thing discovered in the last few days is that Galaxy is a merle. It took a few days to be able to tell because she is what we call an atypical merle. Her merle pattern and base coat color are really similar so it's hard to see her merle pattern. It's possible that her pattern will become more visible or stay mostly unseen as she grows. It'll be interesting to see how she turns out!

This girl Juniper is such a rockstar mama. She's in her last few days of cooking her babies and she is still happy, silly, snuggly and eating well. She's saving up her energy to take great care of these babies when they make their appearance!
Her due date is August 17th... Getting closer everyday!

We still have 3 pups from our Chocolate Dreams Goldendoodles 🐶, and we're savoring every last second with them before they fly the coop! 🏡
We’re making sure not a minute goes to waste. We do our best to give each of these babies all the love and a jumpstart on training so they can Thrive 🥰

We’ve been working on potty training intensively since week 7 🚽. I take them out every two hours during the day, and they’ve all mastered the “go potty” command. 🌟 They’re holding it well and have a strong preference for going outside on the grass. 🌿 While they still have access to potty pad trays inside, they're only using them occasionally. Go puppies! 🐾
We’ve also been focusing on doorway manners 🚪, and they’ve all learned the “wait” command. They’re doing amazing! These puppies are so special! ❤️
Cocoa is heading to her new home on Saturday, and Truffle will leave us on Tuesday. 🐾 Twix is still 👀 for just the right cuddle partner! 💘

A little peak into the puppy pen this afternoon. This is 2 hours compressed into one minute 😮. These babies had just had their lunch before this video then it was time for snuggles and playtime. ❤️

It gets hot here in Tennessee so we do early morning outdoor play to beat the heat! We were out by 7:15am today and in around 8am. The puppies are having a blast exploring and playing 😍

Peek into our mid-morning routine with our 4-week-old chocolate dream Goldendoodle littles!
Everyone is woken from their nap and placed on the potty area for a chance to use it. Then, it's cuddle and playtime for everyone. Next, they get their mid-morning snack before mama comes in to clean up and give them some nursing time. Ember is now nursing her babies mostly standing up, as the pups are getting bigger and can't all easily fit to nurse together when she lies down.
This routine happens four times a day. (My 6 year old often joins me in the pen for the cuddles and playtime) We have lots of learning,, lots of love, and lots of sleeping in between! The wonderful life of a puppy 😍🐾👀❤️
✨This week, their play area was extended to the whole puppy pen during the daytime, and they are learning to play with toys!✨
✨We are also listening to thunderstorm noises, dog barking noises, doorbells, and sirens to work on desensitization to noise.✨
✨Grooming work continues with daily paw, ear, and body wipe-downs, gentle brushing, and weekly nail trims.✨
