Charlie has been quite the handful lately, typical teenager. 😉 I decided it was time to get back to work on our training and we are starting out with a three week class on reliable recall. Unfortunately, it’s at 7:30 which is really close to bedtime. Today someone didn’t want to nap until late afternoon and they barely made it through class awake. Can you tell from his pic?

Running and playing like normal but this little guy woke me up every two hours last night with tummy trouble. After 4 nights of issues but not as bad as yesterday we went to the vet today and got some medicine to help him feel better. Not to mention I have to cook up some chicken and rice for him. Here’s to sleeping thru the night…hopefully!

Charlie was so brave this morning and crossed the bridge from the Hunter Museum to the Walnut Street Bridge twice! And he didn’t hesitate. We tried this bridge this past summer and he wouldn’t go. It has ridges and is open to the road below. We had a nice walk around the Art District this morning. Happy New Year!

After a really rough night/morning of doggy nightmares, throwing up, and some other bad things, Charlie is feeling better and gotten in two shorter walks and ate kibble. Now trying to teach him the art of front porch sitting while we soak up a little Vitamin D.

Morning walkies experience: Found a stick, scared by an American flag blowing in the wind, scared by bow on mailbox, scared by garden flag blowing in the same wind 4 houses down, nod to giant Santa, stink eye to snowman on porch, walk around the pond and come back home while getting treatos the whole way for not pulling Mom and walking like a good boy!

Santa is coming after me isn’t he??

If you were wondering how Charlie spent his Thanksgiving morning, this is a snippet of a 7 minute sprint while I made him eggs for breakfast.

In case you’ve ever wondered if corgis hit their head on anything, yep they do, a guide rail. He was so mad it reached out and grabbed him! Lol

When you’re ready for a nap but still want to play.

Rainy nights call for puzzles. Charlie says he needs a refill!

Charlie got groomed today and they had the cutest bandana and bow tie on him so of course we did a fall photo shoot in 92 degrees.

We went on vacation last week and Charlie had a blast at PDX and apparently had a corgi buddy he played with all week named Roxy. He was happy to play in his yard again until it rained on Tuesday.
