By far the largest turkey my boy, Colossus, has produced for us. He barely fit in the cone! This is a heritage slate breed too! Approximately 2 years.

Prepping Thanksgiving brine early! Honestly never buying store bought birds again.

I usually let them grow out a bit longer to get a couple extra lbs, but didn’t get to this year.
