My work cell phone just loaded voicemails going back to 12/5. (Yes we have been getting voicemails) My apologies for anyone who left a message and did not get a call back. Texting is always the best way to schedule appointments. I will be working all day to get through those voicemails. If you prefer to send voicemails, you will always get a call back within 48 hours, and if you don’t, please call back and leave second voicemail until I get the situation fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience I regularly shut my phone down, so I’m not sure why this happened. Will be getting in touch with Comcast. 🐾

Happy New Year! We have now reopened since Covid had hit our shop mid December. I am working tirelessly on getting back to everyone who left voicemails and texts during the shutdown and ask for your patience at this time. We are now booking out the beginning of February. You can also request to be put you on a cancellation list. Due to the high volume of requests we ask you to make your next appointment at pickup and require all haircut dogs to schedule at least 3 consecutive appointments. This will ensure you continue to stay on our scheduling rotation. We are now at our NEW location at 4 Fletcher Street. We are in the red brick building directly in front of the old shop. There is designated parking in front of the building but you can pull in the same entrance as before. We are very excited to share this new beginning with you and continue our excellent care and service we strive to provide to all of our clients, furry and human. Our new hours are M T W & F 9-5, Thursday 11-7 & every other SAT 10-3. We are adding Small Dog Daycare tentatively starting in mid February. Please let me know if you are interested, we will be offering this to our current customers first. I wish you all Heath and happiness in the upcoming year 🙏
