Can you believe we are already in November?! This year has flown by and the holidays are quickly approaching! With this we wanted to hop on and share some salon updates for the coming months.
The holidays are right around the corner and we have VERY limited availability! If you do not have your holiday appointments scheduled, please reach out as soon as possible to book in and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. We will also keep a cancellation list for last minute openings if your preferred appointment times/dates are not available. Please note, we will be closed Thursday, November 28th through Monday, December 2nd for Thanksgiving as well as Sunday, December 22nd through Wednesday, January 1st for Christmas and New Year holidays.
**If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, PLEASE reach out as soon as possible so we are able to accommodate another client! All NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS or SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will be subject to a 100% charge of the grooming fee and all LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS within 24 hours of the grooming appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the grooming fee. We thank you for your understanding with this policy!**
If you are interested in booking for the 2025 schedule please reach out! We will be doing things a bit differently for the 2025 prebooking process and will be booking 6 months at a time (January-June). This will allow us to help plan for time off and any vacations that may pop up throughout the year for both clients and staff, without having to reschedule the full year if things arise! We will keep a list of everyone who would like to prebook and schedules will be put together for July-December in April/May! All schedules for the first half of 2025 will be put together over the next month and sent out as soon as they are ready. We ask for your patience while getting them together as they do take time to arrange!
With the new year, we will be having an increase in pricing on all grooming services due to rising operational costs. Pricing will be based upon coat condition and length, length of time between appointments, as well as length of time needed for your pupβs grooming appointment. Please reach out if you have any questions about pricing for the new year for your pup!
