Hi everyone!
Can you believe it’s already Thanksgiving time?! This year has absolutely flown by! I just wanted to hop on to share some end of year updates, as well as some important updates for the 2024 schedule.
We will be closed this Thursday, November 23rd through Monday, November 27th for the Thanksgiving holiday. All phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages will be returned when we are back in the salon on Tuesday, November 28th. We ask for your patience while we work to respond to everyone as well as groom scheduled clients and may take one to two days to get back to everyone upon our return depending on message volume!
We have VERY limited openings for December, so if you have not booked your holiday appointments, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you! We will also have a cancellation list going for any current clients who may not be able to book in before the new year. We will be closed Sunday, December 24th through Monday, January 1st for the Christmas and New Year holidays to give us some time to relax with our families and recover from the holiday rush!
With having limited appointments and availability and trying to accommodate everyone as best we can, a reminder of our last minute cancellation as well as no show policies. Failure to show up for grooming appointments will result in a charge of 100% of the grooming fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the grooming fee. We understand this is a busy time of year, but when these no shows or cancellations happen, we are not always given enough time to fill your appointment and miss out on accommodating another client. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change your appointments!
The 2024 schedule will be open for booking shortly, so if you would like to be added to our list to book in for the year, please reach out! Please send us an email or Facebook message with the desired amount of weeks you’d like to go between appointments, which days/times work best, as well as if there are any days that do not work. We will add you to our list and send over the appointments when they are all together! We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but may have to adjust appointments based on availability. Unfortunately we are still unable to accommodate new clients and do not have a timeline as to when this may change, but will share any updates here and on our website.
Due to the rising costs of our equipment, supplies, and overall operational costs, as of January 2nd, 2024, we will be having an price increase on all services. In order to keep the salon operating as it always has, caring for one pup or family of pups at a time for each groomer, this is a necessary increase that must be made. Pricing will be based upon grooming frequency, size of your pup, and coat care requirements as well as grooming appointment duration. Updated base pricing (pricing that excludes any add on services or unforeseen matting/coat changes) will be provided at the end of your next scheduled appointment if you are booked in prior to the new year, however, please reach out if you are not scheduled or would like to know ahead of time. This price increase will also affect our by appointment nail trim and nail dremeling appointments, which will increase to $15 for nail trims and $20 for nail dremeling. We thank you in advance for your understanding with these necessary increases as we work to provide the best care for each and every pup that comes into our salon!
