Welcome puppy “Xena” to Field of Daisy’s ❤️ first time ever to be socialized with many friends. She is shy with her friends , a little timid with us. She needs her safety zone 😬 when she is feeling brave she will run out and then run back to the shelter 😬. She isn’t sure but she wants to play. She can’t make up her mind 😬, we will start slow with her and give her time until she feels more comfortable. Everybody is getting to know her from the golf cart😂❤️🐾🐶🦴

Welcome “Jolie&Luna” to Field of Daisy’s ❤️Jolie is 10 years old and Luna is 10 months old, they both fit right in and no problem to be with the pack. Luna was super happy when she came but to take pictures… she is shy. She looks up to her older sister a lot but that’s ok Puppy Luna just needs some comfort ❤️🐾🐩🐶🐕

Welcome “Ruby” to Filed of Daisy’s❤️. This beautiful girl was nervous this morning. She has never been around too many friends, so we let her take her time , watch her friends play from the windows and let her out without her friends know that they have a new friend today. She did very good and no one was bothering her. A Couple of hours later she is out of the long leash, and in the pack and playing with her favorite friend ❤️🐾🐶🐕🐩🦴

🐶PLEASE READ: 🧐 ALL Dog owners that come to Field of Daisy’s for Playcare and or boarding. There has been reports of a raise in canine respiratory illness in Oregon.

We are not aware of anything that has come through our door but want to take precaution to avoid anything that may hurt or injure any of our fur family that come to Field of Daisy’s.

We want to get everybody up to speed and keep our playcare family safe. The Oregon State Vet Board is investigating hotspots in the 15 corridor. It is not clear at this time exactly what is causing ailments in our dogs.

>> What we can do, is get ahead of it. We will be requiring all furry friends to get the canine influenza vaccine (H3N2 H3N8) 🦴💉
We have started to issue reminders as well to update bordetella vaccination as well. Please make an appointment with your vet to get the vaccine ASAP, and provide us with proof so we can update our records.

>> What if your dog is feeling sick? If your dog has uncommon cough, runny nose, or loss of appetite that is not normal, please DO NOT !!!come to playcare or go to dog parks.>> Make an appointment with your vet, ASAP The Vet board has recommended that we stay away from dog parks as these areas do not have control over vaccines in dogs that attend.
Feel free to let us know what is going on with your pet so we can keep all our fur family safe and secure ❤️

If your dog becomes sick or displays signs of sickness while in our care we will separate them from the group and call you to pick up ASAP. Thanks for understand and your support in this matter! ❤️🙏🐾🐩🐕🐶❤️

Yay It’s FRIDAY 😁❤️🐾🐶🐩🐕

Have you ever wondered how we can control large groups of dogs? Just like kids it takes constant supervision and understanding of what the dogs are trying to do. We at time need to utilize different tools. Most dogs tend to learn from positive reinforcement so we carry healthy treats to reward them at the right time. Some dogs need something a little more to get their attention or distract them. So we like to use sounds or the next step is vibration on a collar. This helps them to understand when they do something we don’t like and distracts them from what they were about to do. These are all tools that help us to run a fun and happy place here at Field of Daisy’s. We love all the happy interactions with your furry family when they see and play with their fur friends here. It is all about understanding the breed and being able to control situations before they turn into something big. Thanks for trusting us with your fur family. It’s not an easy job but a rewarding job ❤️🙏🐶
