IMPORTANT!

Although our business hours are listed as Wednesday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., if we have finished grooming and all dogs have been picked up, we will leave early. Please call before you come for nail clipping because we might not be here if you don't call.

Additionally, when you drop off for grooming in the morning, PLEASE either give us a time you need your dog done by. If you say "just call me" then don't call in here asking if your dog is done yet. Everytime we have to answer the phone for that, we get further behind in grooming.

PLEASE do not wait until the day you want your dog groomed to call us. We make appointments in advance just like a doctor's office or your hair stylist does. I don't think you'd expect to call them and get an appointment that day.
