Dr. Coby Webb is a retired Police Captain with Riverside County Sheriff’s Dept. She has worked numerous dogs in the “real world” and believes deployments are where you learn the most about your dog. She has worked apprehension dogs, narcotic dogs, a cadaver dog, and several tracking/trailing dogs. Dr. Webb also supervised the Department’s 26 dog team. Dr. Webb started Riverside County Sheriff’s De

partment Bloodhound unit 23 years ago and then the Support K9 unit in 2019. Dr. Webb is a Recognized Court Expert with expertise in K9 testimony. She is currently a consultant for K9 policies with Lexipol.
