Belvedere Mountain Taxidermy offers competition quality taxidermy work at reasonable prices. We truly believe that the little details and extra time put into a mount take it from good to great. We use the most advanced and current techniquues to create the best work possible. I frequently attend industry seminars to learn the latest tecniques to improve my work even further. We specialize in all a

pects of taxidermy except for fish, which we will be offering in two years. This includes shoulder mounts, lifesize mounts, pedestal mounts, rugs and custom tanning of mammals. We also specialize in birds in a variety of positions. In addition we enjoy creating customized pieces and habitats based on customer wants. Please take a look at our pictures to get an idea of the variety and quality of work we offer. Or feel free to stop into our studio and see the work in person. the studio is typically open most weeknights and weekends but call ahead for an appointment to be sure. Price list coming soon

We had the honor of mounting this beautiful animal. This was the 84lb Wolf that was harvested in 2021 just minutes from our studio in Cherry Valley, NY. This mount will be on display at the NYS Museum in Albany, NY sometime in the future.

This was one of the most unique animals we’ve had the pleasure of working on. This is only 1 of a few ever confirmed harvested Wolves in NYS since the early 1900s. The DNA analysis suggests he ventured from the Northern Great Lakes region.
