Are you curious what happens when we take your fur baby on a quick field trip to the treatment area? This! This is exactly what happens. Babies are passed around and loved on and cuddled. Puppy cuddles are always the best kind of cuddles. We strive to make each and everyone of our patients feel comfortable and at ease during their exams and treatments.

Let’s talk routine bloodwork. At MyVet our Drs recommended starting routine bloodwork after 1-2 years of age! Why is it important? Running a yearly bloodwork panel helps with early detection of health issues and disease. Our annual blood work package includes a chemistry to check the function of your pets organs and a CBC which analyses your pets blood cells. Also, we do have blood machines in hospital, you will receive results before check out! Give us a call now to get schedule and help prevention/track any health issues your pet may have.

Let’s talk ear infections!

The cause of an ear infection can vary from excessive moisture, allergies, injuries, excessive wax build up, ect. There are different kinds of ear infections such as a yeast or bacterial infection, and sometimes mites! Common symptoms of an infection include head shaking, rubbing at face/ears, foul smell, and scratching excessively. Ear infections are an easy fix once diagnosed. We have medications in hospital to apply just once after a good cleaning or we can send you home to with medication and cleaner to do yourself at home.

If your fur baby is showing symptoms of an ear infection don’t hesitate to give us a call to be seen!
