Our services are done in our fully loaded van, we have top of the line equipment inside Big Bertha. Shes an old and reliable van. We groom cats that are in any shape. We have never had to sedate any animal that we've groomed because our holistic approach makes them feel safe with us. We do all types of fun styles and haircuts and also have experience with hairless cats. We love all size, breed, and temperament cats.
You're booking an actual 4 hour arrival window. If your appointment time is 12noon,. Your arrival window is 10-2 P.M. We will send a text when we are on our way. We do our best to be thete for your chosen appointment time, but when dealing with animals, we can not guarantee how an animal will behave. or how their coats will be until we start the appointment, to complete their spaw day within their time, but we do not rush. we give every animal the time they need to get thru their grooming appointment, so it's as stress free and safe as possible. if the window is an issue, call and speak to us.
If you book now, that is blocking a time for your pet and is a commitment. Please call regarding any prices, quote, and questions before booking. IF YOU BOOK NOW, IT blocks time for us, which means you've committed to our service. You will be charged a cancelation fee if you don't cancel within 24 business hours of our appointment. Saturdays grooming prices are 25% more, as is after hours and same day fees. If we drive to your location, the full grooming fee is due. If you BOOK NOW, you're booking an actual appointment, and you will be doing so with our cancelation policy in mind. If you're unsure of the cost, CALL 860-384-5455 FIRST. But if you pick a date and time, you're entering an agreement to abide by our cancelation policy. We have very limited time, and people booking without understanding the fees is NOW 100% not tolerated!
Saturday Sunday and Afrer hours is a premium service and is 25% Additional.
