We officially have Internet, as of this morning. so I’ll be working on the schedule today. I have several that have to reschedule due to Helene so those will come first. I will reach out to you individually ASAP. I’m hoping with Internet service my cell phone service will pick back up again because I’m still hit or miss with it being spectrum service also!

Pampered Pooch Salon LLC software will not work I am seeing messages come through about grooming but I can’t open them. I can’t even switch to the shop FB page to send messages. I apologize for this inconvenience but the shop is closed until further notice!

‼️‼️‼️Attention grooming clients‼️‼️‼️

I will be taking a step back from grooming! I will still be open but I am going to be on a very limited schedule! I will not be taking any NEW CLIENTS nor any NEW DOGS with current clients.

I am taking time to focus on myself and my family. I want to focus on our girls and enjoying this time with them before it passes us by. This decision wasn’t made lightly we have prayed over this for several weeks and feel this is what we are suppose to do.

I am still trying to figure out the schedule with Ryleigh and Maddie school schedule and our sport schedule. I am aware of have SEVERAL messages and text to return.

As of September 17, 2024 the shop with be open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30-11am. I will not be taking any more Saturday appts just the ones I have on the schedule currently.

Starting December 2024 I will no longer be working Saturdays! I apologize for any inconvenience!

My family and I are very thankful and blessed the shop has GROWN so much in the last six months or so it has been a crazy roller coaster ride!

As I was preparing the next four months of pre booked appts I had to add several new clients added to the list!

Once I got everyone down and numbered I have a total of 67 regular clients I am caring for on a set routine schedule!! 😱😱😱

As most already know I am the only one in the shop, from inquiries, grooming, paying, booking, etc it’s ME!! With that being said I am having to make the hard decision to not take any new clients or any new pups!

I am very sorry but it has become a struggle to separate shop life, family life, church life, because I have been so busy and I have allowed it to take priority over a lot things it shouldn’t.

I can’t thank y’all enough for all the support and shares for the shop it amazes me how I started out roughly six years ago with two families! NOW I AM AT SIXTY SEVEN families and some of those have multiple pooches in their family!!! 😍😍😍😍 It truly amazes and blesses my heart! But I have to do what is best for my family I hope each of you understand!

Tossing around the idea of a last minute added Saturday for the shop tomorrow! Trying cover cost on another dental procedure I need next week. If I have enough interested!!!

Pampered Pooch Salon LLC FB messages and text will be returned by Saturday! This week has been hectic with early dismissal at school, family/life things, and dental work that didn’t go as plan that required a trip to a specialist today. My plan is to sit down Saturday to answer all messages and get the summer schedule booked!! I have started on the hard copy but haven’t put them into the system yet!

It’s going to take some adjusting between the shop and having the kiddos home all day! Please bare with us and we get into the grove of summer!

Pampered Pooch Salon LLC clients I have caught up on returning all messages to my knowledge! From being off last week due to a family members passings. If I have missed someone please let me know. Everybody should have already been rescheduled also.

I’m still waiting on Ry’s volleyball camp dates to open the Summer schedule soon as I get it I will start with booking!

My family and I want to Thank you so much for being so understanding last week and for the sudden change in schedule! We appreciate each and every single one of you!

Very soon I will start on the summer schedule I am waiting on my a few activities my daughters would like to participate in before I start booking.

I will be slow to return messages this week due to a busy schedule in the shop and helping with school activities but I will do my best!
