Sometimes rescue is a sad, dark world…. And not for the obvious reasons… but because it’s filled with hateful people who aren’t above lying and spreading atrocious misinformation to suit their narrative and agenda. Some of you may have seen such posts done recently by disgruntled (and wildly immature) individuals who are no longer part of this organization. We could very easily go back and forth with these unhinged people, we could post proof that their story telling is just that… fictional story telling… we could share (and prove) their dirty laundry as well… but we are better than that. We are here to help animals, not engage in petty, high school drama with an angry band of mean girls. It’s just not our style and never will be. Many of you have followed NARPS from the beginning… and we are proudly approaching our 10yr anniversary!! We have always been a reputable organization that does right for ALL animals in our care and we will continue to do so. Take Polar as an example. We are comically under fire for his care. But none of that is the real “issue” with Polar. Polar is undoubtedly on the spectrum of some kind… we compare it to someone with severe autism who genuinely cannot tolerate being touched. Very odd, and we can honestly say we have never met a dog like him. His favorite thing to do is to run around and play outside. He doesn’t have interest in interacting with people, he doesn’t seek affection, he doesn’t want to play fetch, etc. Polar was fostered by N
