13 Days… Meet Prim, one of our incredible therapy horses! Prim is a 9 year old Quarter Horse mare. Did you know Quarter Horses can reach up to 55 mph in short distance sprints? Prim was born where she now works and plays… Gaston Farm Road Equestrian Center! She loves working with all our patients and loves her best friend DeeDee almost as much! Our horses play an integral role in all of our therapeutic services, from grooming and painting, to mounted exercises.

19 days…Meet Goober, another one of our many wonderful therapy horses! Goober is a 23 year old, black, gelding, Quarter Horse! Quarter Horses received their name from their ability to outrun other horse breeds in races of ¼ mile or less! Goober is a big boy with an even bigger heart and is a favorite around the farm! He loves his job as a therapy horse and when he's not working he loves napping in the sun. Our horses play an integral role in all of our therapeutic services, from grooming and painting, to mounted exercises.

When know how hard it is to say goodbye. It can be difficult to coordinate saying goodbye to your best friend and figuring out how to lay them to rest. We now offer equine burial services so you don’t have to stress more than you need to!

If it is your horses time to go we will come to you for humane euthanasia and burial. Let us make this time as peaceful as possible for you.
