Thank you for hanging out with us Olivia on Raniya’s last day. We are going to miss you Raniya!!! Thanks for being such an amazing assistant! Raniya is leaving to focus on furthering her education. She does plan to return when needed to help us with our amazing clients that she has grown to love over the past year when she can.

🏕️ Going on holiday and taking your pets with you?

Here are some ✅ Do’s and ❌ Dont’s of Travelling with your pet

✅ Make regular stops on long journeys to allow for toilet breaks and exercise
✅ Restrain your pet; cats have in a carrier, dogs, make sure you ALWAYS attach the seatbelt to a harness, never to their collar
✅ Always carry a supply of food and water
✅ Make sure they are microchipped and details are up to date
✅ Make sure dogs are wearing an ID tag with your contact details on
✅ Take a list of your pets medication with you
✅ Do your research on local vets before you travel
It may be worth registering with a local vets, especially if you go to the same area regularly. Some vets like you to register with them before you travel
✅ If your pet is insured, make sure you take the insurance details with you
✅ Take your vets details with you
✅ Carry a photo of your pet incase they go missing (I’m sure we all have several photos of our pets on our phones 🤣)
✅ Let us know you are going away so we can add a note to your record incase you need to visit a vet whilst away
✅ If your pet travels in the front of the vehicle with you, make sure the airbags are turned off
✅ Download the What3words app incase you find yourself stranded with your pets
(It is the easiest way to find and share exact locations as the world has been divided into 3 metre squares with 3 unique words)

❌ Travel with a frail or ill dog
❌ Leave your pet alone in the car
❌ Open windows fully
❌ Let your dogs hang out the window
❌ Feed your pets just before travelling
❌ Forget to take a supply of food and water
❌ Leave it to the last minute to get your pet into the carrier
