Who else is excited about our shindig? I know, we are counting down the days until we welcome our guests back to Keystone Acres on October 21st. Keystone Acres, an 800+ acre farm and equestrian facility located in Chesterfield, VA is the home of the Richmond Cattle Baron's Ball. Thanks to the staff at Keystone Acres, our vendors, and volunteers who transform their riding arena into a one of a kind western-themed gala. In 60 days we will gather together to raise money to give cancer the boot!

Keystone Acres hosted our schooling XC derby yesterday & enjoyed seeing all the kids have fun! Thanks to Signature Farms for helping organize the event. It was great seeing all the kids encourage and cheer each other on, great horsemanship by all!🐴⭐️

You do not have to attend the event to participate in online bidding – it is open to everyone!

How do you register to bid? Registration is easy! Click on the blue “GET STARTED” button to create your account and to enter your credit card information. Once completed, you are free to bid on however many packages you want! If you have previously participated in one of our silent auctions, you can use your previous account to bid in this auction.

The beautiful backdrop to the Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball has always been Keystone Acres, an 800+ acre farm and equestrian facility located in Chesterfield, VA. Each year their barn gets transformed into a magical country-western town (thank you to the staff at Keystone, our vendors, and volunteers!) so our guests can get a true cowboy/cowgirl experience. After a year away, we are SO looking forward to having our guests, new and old, back at Keystone Acres for another exceptional evening of western fun!

We are so excited for the Cattle Baron’s Ball to be back at Keystone Acres again! 🤠

The 2021 Richmond Cattle Baron’s Ball is back in the saddle! If you haven’t heard, we are delighted to welcome our wonderful supporters back to Keystone Acres for another fantastic night of country-western fun on Saturday, October 16, 2021, as we aim to raise money for the fight against cancer!

After 2020’s successful virtual event, we’re ready to round everyone up for an in-person celebration with all your favorites such as the delicious western-inspired menu by Mosaic Catering, the open bar, live country music, silent and live auctions, and more!

No individual tickets will be sold, so to join in on the fun, you can still join us as a sponsor of the event! We have amenity-rich sponsorships available at different levels. The Virginia Naturals self-serve farm stand is now open Wednesdays - Fridays from 2 pm - 7 pm and Saturdays from 10 am - 4 pm. We are located at 12900 River Road, Chesterfield. We have jars of beautiful, locally grown flowers, plants for your own garden, and more to come.
