UPDATE: After almost three weeks at the repair shop, my phone for Akita My Heart, LLC was pronounced "too broken to fix" today. I did get a new one but because of the damage on the old one, I have to add the contact information manually. I didn't receive any texts sent after January 10, 2025, so if you sent one and I haven't responded, that's why. Oh, the joys of technology when you are a person that sucks at using it. Lol

Also, I am closed until at least Wednesday. We've already gotten at least 6" of snow since around 3pm this afternoon (it's almost 7:30pm now) and it's still coming down! My van has been relocated to a heated building to prevent anything from breaking due to the upcoming freezing temperatures. Stay warm and safe this week.

I just wanted to remind everyone that I only accept cash or checks at the time of service. There is an online scam going around stating that prepayment is required through Venmo only, and it's not the groomers, salons or mobile groomers sending it. They are using the salon's name / mobile company's name / the groomer's name. Most of my existing clients know how inept I am with technology, which is why I only accept cash and checks, but newer clients might not have heard my story of deleting the desktop computer's hard drive... three... separate... times. At any rate, I wanted to let everyone know about this new scam so that you can protect yourselves.
