FOSTER HOMES NEEDED (Round 2!) 🐾

Our last post didn’t find fosters, so we’re trying again! We have six Chihuahua mix puppies who need foster homes in pairs. Just short term fostering needed (two weeks!).

All supplies provided. Just bring love and patience!

IMPORTANT: These puppies are NOT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION right now. Any adoption applications will not be processed and will be automatically denied.

ACSKC hosts monthly Lunch and Learn sessions to support our staff’s ongoing education! This month, Officer Leonard taught de-escalation tactics for safely handling challenging situations with both animals and people.

Thunder has been waiting 259 days for the storm to finally clear and reveal his forever home.

He’s had applications. He’s had meet-and-greets. But somehow, the forever never comes.

Don’t be fooled by his “senior” title. Thunder is pure summer thunderstorm: bright, electric, and full of surprising energy. He’ll bolt around the yard with lightning-like enthusiasm, then settle next to you with the gentle rumble of contentment only a loyal dog can give.

He came to us through animal control. For Thunder, the shelter has felt like the Ritz compared to what he knew before. But imagine what your home could be: a soft bed, a loving family, a place to finally call his own.

📣 FOSTERS NEEDED — SCHOOL’S OUT, BUT PUPPIES ARE IN! 🐾

We’re up to our ears in puppy kisses at ACSKC! We have six mixed-breed puppies looking for foster homes, and we’re hoping to send them out in pairs of two for just two weeks!

We provide everything, you supply the LOVE!
Food, crates, toys, p*e pads, we’ve got it covered. All you need is a little space and a big heart.

Only a two-week commitment!

To foster, head to acskc.org and fill out a foster application. Once approved, we’ll give you a call to schedule a pickup time!
