The board of county commissioners proclaimed June as 🌟Adopt a Cat Month🌟 in Spokane County!

Several SCRAPS kittens attended the meeting and you can watch the proclamation below.

Starts at 2 minutes in, but stay till at least minute 3:40 to catch the cutest kitten on Scott Simmons' shoulders. 😻

Hi, I'm Dempsey. I'm almost two years old my birthday was around September 3rd, 2022! I'm 100% Chocolate Lab. I'm Neutured and microchiped but the chip has yet to be registered as my humans lost the paper work, at least they didn't lose me right? I've got all my shots, except the yearly ones if those are a thing. I go to the bathroom outside, and I'm crate trained. I'm still very much a puppy energy wise and clumsy for my size. If it weren't for unforseen circumstances , I wouldn't be here now, but I'm looking for a new family to take good care of me.
