🚨Last salon update! 🚨

The salon will be open Thursday May 11th. If you are planning to follow Brooke and Cameron please head on over to the new business page. This page will be deleted in a few weeks. Thank you all for your support of the last 3 years. We will be closed Monday- Wednesday of this week to get settled into the salon.

🐾Salon Update🐾

We have been hard at work trying to finalize having the salon finished and we’re hopeful to open the doors tomorrow. We have run into a few hiccups as can be expected with any renovations. We are planning to be in the mobile units this week and with a little bit of luck it will be our last week before opening the salon on Monday May 8th! We appreciate your patience and flexibility through this transition. If you have a scheduled appointment this week and need to reschedule we completely understand. Just reach out and let us know! Fingers crossed I will have another update this week and can share more information with you all 💙

🚨Attention Clients🚨

Good morning and happy Monday everyone! We have some very exciting news to share with you all! Cookies will be transitioning into a salon setting. Cameron and Brooke will be grooming in a building downtown. The mobile units will no longer be available. With that being said we are continuing to schedule and will honor all appointment dates and times. We are hoping that we can start grooming in the salon as early as the beginning of April. We will be in our mobile units until the day we can open the salon. We also understand that some of you really love mobile grooming and we would be happy to help you find information on other mobile groomers in town. If you need to change, cancel or reschedule any appointments that you have made please feel free to reach out and do so. We will still be offering our hourly appointments. That means that we can continue to give each client and their pet one on one care. No big room full of barking and nervous dogs here! I have also designed the salon with the same transparency as the mobile units. We will never hide the grooming process from our clients! Prices will not be going up at this time. We will be changing the name and phone number. I will post that here as we get closer to opening day. Once we are up and running in the salon this page will be deactivated. Good morning everyone! I just wanted to keep y’all updated on what the Cookies Crew has been up to lately! First off I needed to let you know that we are not accepting any new clients at this time. All of the groomers we currently have are booked. If you are an existing customer I highly recommend you prebook your next appointment when you see your groomer. This will prevent excessive wait times and ensure you get scheduled with your preferred groomer! We will have a new client wait list as well as a cancellation list. Also we very recently lost one of our groomers. If you had an appointment scheduled with her we will be reaching out to you and we will get you rebooked as quickly as we can. Our hope is to get another awesome groomer in as quickly as possible. Please have patience we are doing the best we can to continue to serve this amazing community and give your pets the best possible care! 🐾💜

🐾🐾Attention Cookies Clients! We have recently transitioned into a new scheduling system that sends out automated reminder text messages. These messages DO NOT come from a real person. Included in that message is the business phone number. If you need to change/cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason please use 307-996-7121. That number will get you directly to our receptionist Lisa. Thank you for your understanding and let me know if you have any questions! 💜

We have hired another groomer and he will be joining our team very shortly! We know how frustrating it can be to be rebooked for your grooming appointments but please be kind as we are doing the best we can to keep up with demand. Happy slow motion Saturday! This guy is such an amazing example of why starting your puppy grooming early on can have such a huge impact! Good morning Cookies Clients! I just wanted to give everyone an update as to what we have been doing these last few months! As some of you know we added 2 new groomers to our team at the beginning of the year. So far we have had great feedback from the work they are producing! Keep up the great job Julie and Evie! 👏🏼👏🏼 Also we brought a new receptionist on board. I personally had to make a choice to continue to groom every day or clear my schedule and just answer the phone and respond to your messages because doing both was no longer an option. You all know grooming dogs everyday is why I started this crazy adventure to begin with and I was not ready to give that up! So if you call or text you will now reach Miss Lisa. She is still learning so please have some patience with her! Lastly I want everyone to be aware that as of March 1st we are having a price increase. This was not an easy decision to make. We held off as long as we could. We truly believe in using top of the line products and paying our groomers above average wages as they are our most valuable asset. The increase is as simple as we could make it $5 per service. We realize that this increase may put some of you over budget for grooming and I sincerely apologize. However in order to off set that cost we will have 10% discount for all active duty military, veterans, first responders and senior citizens- 65 and up. Please understand this choice was in no way up to your groomer. Please do not try and negotiate your price with them personally. They work very hard and it takes time and money to continue to bring the best possible experience for you and your furry friends! Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!
