GCE grew out of Kate Anderson’s passion for everything related to horses and the desire to help owners learn more about training, health, and behavior. Kate began training her own horses at ten years old and took numerous horses into the show arena with success. Over the last several years, her interest grew to include the study of conformation as it relates to various disciplines. After professio

nally training for several years, she made the jump into the racing industry in 2013. She has developed a breeding program that strives to produce prospects with the confirmation and disposition that makes them easy to train and sound for the long term. Kaitlyn Rinker has been studying with Kate as a working student then as a full time rider since 2006 until being promoted in 2018. She is responsible for overseeing daily care of all stock, foaling, yearling sales preparation, and handling stallions. In her free time, she can be found training and competing in three-day eventing with her person horse, Socks and our breeding stock.

And just like that we are “Finnish” with the 2024 foaling season. This sweet little filly was born first thing this morning. We figured Finnish was an all too fitting name for her.

Franklin the First (Inspyre x Eyezoom123 by Shazoom) arrived early this morning! The 2024 seasons begins with a bang, marking our 100th foal born here over the last handful of years. Soon we will have little ones all over the place! 🥰

First Down Illusion went back home to his owners this week. We have loved having him over the last handful of years and the classy stallion he is. “Lou” will be missed but we are so glad he is back at home to enjoy the rest of his life! ☺️
