We are SO excited to announce a new partnership between us and Balanced Horses Healing Humans starting next month!

Before Ripley and Radar move in, we’re hosting an open house on November 23rd. Come meet her and see what she’s all about.

Amenities include: round pen, outdoor arena, free trailer parking, wash bay, indoor hay storage, and tack space with personalized codes.

Owners live on site. Full and self care available!

We sent our all around cowboy (and honestly such a great human being) back to school today!

Just a reminder to our full care boarders that our ranch hand won’t be available to muck before school but he (and whoever else is available) will be mucking in the evenings during the week. Please be kind as we all get back in the school routine.

🏇✨ We’ve got some serious horsepower in the barn tonight!

It’s not every day we get to host two competitive pulling horses—and we’re feeling pretty honored to offer them a comfortable place to rest. Overnight board brings all kinds of unique and unexpected moments, and this is one of the coolest yet.

Thank you to their people for trusting us with these incredible athletes. We love being a part of your journey, even for just a night. 💪🐴

When you’ve been a ‘chicken tender’ 🍗 (as in one who manages a flock of chickens) for a while you get to see some neat things.

Our newest ladies have started laying. Proof is in these tiny little eggs. There are some hilarious names for these first eggs - fairy eggs, chicken farts - and they can come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes they’re odd shapes (think pear shaped), sometimes they’re extra large and double yolked, and sometimes they’re missing a yolk!

If you buy eggs from us and don’t want to enjoy the surprises from our new ladies, I completely understand! Just let me know when you order your eggs and I’ll exclude them from your cartons. If you want a whole carton of baby chicken eggs, that can also be arranged.

Also, with 14 new ladies laying, we’re going to be overrun soon! Grab a dozen (or two!) while the ladies are laying in egg-cess! 🥚

Come count eggs today!

I took the ladies a snack so I grabbed eggs. Did you know chickens LOVE yogurt?! It’s true. It’s also a good source of protein. Kitchen snacks help bolster our ladies’ diet and they lay better off eggs when the kitchen is open to them.
