Amanda has fought so hard and has come to the point that treatments are not helping. She has made the decision to stop them. She has difficulty and pain with her vision and is very weak at this stage. Hospice will begin and hopefully allow some peace by giving her pain relief this week. The family knows some may want to reach out so if you would like to drop off cards or post on our Facebook, we will make sure she receives them. We will do a meal train startup in the near future. But if you are wanting contact information, please call the clinic at (307)634-7255 and we can inquire with the family. Amanda can't take calls, but her family can help with texts or messages. Thank you again so much for holding them all in your hearts and prayers from the beginning of this difficult journey to now. What a precious thing life is.

Well it has finally arrived and we are still in denial, but it is Colleen's last day here. She has corralled critters, ranched cattle, horsed around with horses and endeared endless amounts of clients to the Frontier Family. She has spent 30years here giving heart felt advice, condolences and laughter to many of us. We tried our best to find a top notch cloning service since we just can't imagine work life without her here. Alas they broke the mold when they made her and as everyone who knows her, knows she is one of a kind. Thank you Colleen for so many memories. You are a beautiful human with all the smarts and charachter any company could ever hope to find but most of all you are our friend, family and super hero. Enjoy all the days ahead and know that every day you are not here with us you are missed beyond measure. Congratulations!! We love you!! To all of you reading please say congratulations to her and attend her retirement party tomorrow from 3 to 5 at the David Romero Activity Center 1317 Parsley Blvd. Details are in the previous post.

Please help us welcome Dr. Jaylin Rieck to the FVC team! Dr. Jaylin is a graduate of Kansas State University. She enjoys all aspects of mixed animal practice, and having grown up on and Iowa farm has a special place in her heart for the piggies! Her enthusiasm, infectious smile, and commitment to life long learning will no doubt make her an asset, we feel so lucky to have her!!

UPDATE: Phones are back in working order, call the office as usual for any emergencies!

PHONE ISSUES!!
We are having problems with our phone system no receiving calls from Verizon phones. If you have an emergency, the only way to get through at this time is using a landline or non-Verizon phone. I will also be checking Facebook messenger for this weekend. We apologize for the issues this may cause and are working to resolve it asap.

Help us say thank you to Colleen Boughton who has just Celebrated her 30th Workaversary here at the clinic. Everyone knows what a special part of the clinic she is! Here is the story of her first day...Her car wouldn't start and it was a terrible blizzard. She wasn't letting that deter her!! She hopped on her bicycle and started peddling! Can you believe she made it to the airport before it became impossible! She locked her bike to a post at the airport and called a taxi. She had also left a message with the answering service but knew it would be an hour before anyone was aware. She did make it tho a little late..only to be taken out to the Simola Ranch for her first C-section. Gary scooped up his brand new but late Tech and headed to Ernst for boots and bibs. When they got to the ranch it turned out the cow had given birth but the dark black baby was camouflaged in the shadows and didn't need a c-section afterall. Hard first day! Glad she took it in stride and weathered 10, 949 more!
