Happy Halloween to everyone! I want to take the opportunity to introduce myself again to everyone, my new followers, clients and friends. My name is Kim, originally from Mexico City. I moved to Chicago 8 years ago chasing my dream of being a Chef, I worked in incredible places like Alinea Group, Frontera Group, Virtue. My passion was cooking until the pandemic changed everything for me. I lost my job and it was very unstable trying to find something in a restaurant. After several attempts I decided to stop cooking and work in a bakery / pastry shop. I entered Aya Pastry and that’s when I thought I wanted to start something related to pets. At the same time I was there, I started being a dog walker and I started to see everything more clearly. I didn’t know if I wanted to sell prepared food or treats. And after researching and informing myself, I decided to do Cosmicos. I started this business from scratch, with debts, and zero contacts in this industry. But with a lot of desire to do something big! My pet empire. Little by little I gained the trust of my clients. After a year I was able to quit my job and do this full time. I started doing farmers market, wholesale in several states. And my online store generates more than 5 figures monthly. And fortunately this year I already generated 6 figures. I thank life for putting me on this path and I feel very fortunate to be part of your pets’ lives. Thanks to those who have supported me since day one, and many thanks to my new pawrents who are supporting me! I learned that one deserves what one dreams of.
