All of us at Petsmart would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the sacrifices you and your families are making during this trying time. This is a scary time for everyone, but our community does feel safer because of you. We want you to know that we are here for you too. No one should have to worry about their pets at this time. As you know, we are considered an essential store, so our store is open for any and all shopping needs.
More importantly, we also want you to know that we are keeping our hotels open and staffed 24 hours/day. If you need to devote your time to the community, trust us to take the utmost care of your cats and/or dogs. We are still running doggie day camp so we can keep all pups active, happy, and healthy.

Thank you everyone who donated a Chance and Lucky this past holiday! We had the opportunity to donate over 1,000 Chance and Lucky’s to kids in the Austin neighborhood. Thank you to Michele Clark high school for the partnership to get them passed out! Hopefully we can do it all again this year!
