I have a blue male Quaker parrot that needs a new home. I love him and hate to do this, but I just don’t have the time that he needs. He is 1.5 yrs old, was hand fed and is hand tamed. He talks up a storm, and loves hugs. Will sometimes give you a kiss when asked. 🙂 He comes with his cage and some toys. There would be a rehoming fee. Please pm me for more details.
