Chicago Patchwork Farms is a cooperation of urban fruit, vegetable, and herb gardens on Chicago's south and west sides. Hope you come visit!

We connect with our community through our seasonal farm stand, farm dinners, volunteer days, and events! Patchwork Farms is a cooperative of three farms across the city of Chicago. At our farm stand, you can purchase our vegetables, flowers, and herbs as well as Mint Creek Farm meat and eggs. The farm stand is located at our location on 2825 W Chicago Ave and is open from mid-May through mid-Novem

ber, Saturdays from 10-3 and Wednesdays from 4-7. All are also welcome to stop by during those times to help out around the farm. On the farm we host events such as weddings, yoga, dance parties, farm dinners, brunches, and whatever else we and you can come up with! We are buzzzzzzinnnnnnnn with abundances of carrots, carrots, carrots, cherries, blueberries, flowers, kale, collards, purslane, zucchini, salad, beets, herbs, herbs, herbs, PAPaLO!!!!!! and so many CaRROTS!!!!!!

Vendor call out! 🕊️📞🦋🪰💓
Our first Second Saturdays, community farmers market is on July 12 and we’re looking for a few more vendors and a musician who’d like to play acoustic tunes.

It’s our first community market so we’re looking for folks who are open to expiermenting with us as we launch this new market 🫶🏽

There would be a sliding scale fee (starting at $0) for vendors, and we are prioritizing BIPOC vendors. No requirements to commit to all days. If there is a high volume of interested vendors, we will book everyone at least one market!

This will be at 2825 W Chicago Ave. location.

If you’re a maker- please fill the simple form and consider joining us for some delightful days ahead

Hello book worms,
*No Book Club tonight June 26th*
Here’s the updated schedule of our next meetings. We’re finishing up reading Braiding Sweethrass by Robin Wall-Kimmerer. As always, read at your own pace & you’re always welcome no matter where you are in the book!

After book discussions, there’s always a phenology walk along the farm where we ID plants and where they are in their growing journey. We will be creating a lil almanac by the end of the season.

And book club is a bit potluck-y so bring snacks to share or a cup for tea.
Feel free to bring friends or family, all are welcome.

Y’all It’s time to move.

If you need some space for somatic release and relaxation, we’ll be hosting a space for free movement and healing in community. We’ll do a gentle warm up with somatic practices, then turn on the speakers and let us drift, shake, rage, cry, laugh and release for an hour and a half to some folktrónica tunes. Bring some comfy clothes, a mat, shoes, snacks, and get ready to metabolize your rage and grief into power 🔥🌱🌿

our times are dire, & we need each other to get through. this full moon gathering is an opportunity to ground into our bodies, in community. join us for a pause, a recentering, a revisioning. for music and art-making bajo la luz de la luna llena. medicine for the soul!
