Today at around 3pm a small black or grey bulldog bit a community member at the park. This person has reached out to us for assistance identifying the owner to obtain vaccination records. They did not realize at the time of the incident that the dog had pierced the skin.

They are not looking to take any action against the owner, just to understand vaccination status to make their treatment decision.

Saturday October 22nd the park will be closed to dogs from 9am - 12pm. Volunteers of all ages are welcome to help keep our favorite dog park clean 🐶🐾🦴

Ella is a 1.5 year old Aussiedoodle who has best friends all over the city! She especially loves her sister Leia, best friend Bocce, and everyone at Pupstars daycare. Ella loves playing with (and destroying!) all sorts of toys and tennis balls 🦴🎾 She makes friends with everyone wherever she goes, except with those Bucktown squirrels 🐿

It’s the official start of summer! 🌞🕶The sun is out, it’s super hot, and we have a brand new pool to help keep the pups cool! What more could we want? Here to welcome us into summer is the May dog of the month!

This is Re*****on - he is a 2 year old English Springer Spaniel, and most importantly he is a champ! Re*****on is a competitive dock diver (check out those awards!)🏅He loves swimming, long walks, sticks , and eating ice cream.

April (snow!) showers bring May flowers! We’ve had crazy weather the last month, but are looking forward to warmer weather. We’re excited to announce there are TWO adorable pups this month as the April dog of the month:

Meet this fab duo: Millie and Mabel! Millie (white, 1 years old) and Mabel (black, 3 years old) are both mini Aussiedoodles that love to play at the park. Millie loves to cuddle, snack, and sleep 😴, while Mabel loves to run, swim, fetch and catch birds 🦜. Fun fact - both Millie and Mabel know when the phone rings, it’s time for food delivery 🍔🌮🌭

Thank you for tagging the dog park when you visit so we can see all our furry friends! Now that it’s warmer, please remember to put away any pools and turn off the water if you’re the last at the park. Spring clean-up is May 7th at 9am, please come join & note the park will be closed for a couple of hours.

Dr Pepper is a 7 year old French bulldog who loves being a city pup. He enjoys music and bonfires; but don’t be fooled, he’s an old soul at heart. Dr Pepper prefers to wear sweaters and is a grump if everyone isn’t in bed by 10pm!

After a brief winter break we are back, baby! Here to celebrate is the February dog park dog of the month.

Sugar is a 6 month old St. Bernard who is already 60 pounds and counting! She loves eating everything and anything and chewing on sticks. True to her name, Sugar is extra sweet 🍭🍬

We can’t believe fall is actually here - does it even feel like it yet?? 😅🌞 We’re wrapping up summer with this gorgeous floofy young girl, our September dog of the month!

Winifred “Winnie” is a 25 week old Bouvier des Flandres aka Belgium Cattle Dog. She loves to herd her toys, sleep in the oddest positions, ice cubes on hardwood floors, all toys Chuckit! She dislikes walking on hot days, has FOMO when crated, and begrudgingly sits for neighbors walking by. Winnie looks forward to meeting you and your doggo!
