Where is A Paw Place?
Nothing captures your heart & soul the way companion animals do. We keep a special place in our hearts for all of our dogs & cats, living and those who’ve crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
They don’t ask for much, even if they’re in pain. They wait hours for us to return from work or school, even if it means they can’t go to the bathroom, play with friends, or go outside when it’s nice. They love us much more than we could ever love them back, and they don’t have the ability to speak for themselves. We have to be caretakers of our companion animals, and they are very much ours already.
Each of us has “a paw place.” It’s that feeling you get when your dog has to stay next to you even when you’re only moving into the next room. It’s when they fall asleep standing up just to be near enough to watch over you. When your cat plays on your keyboard while you’re working and nudges your hand to indicate that you’re not paying attention to what’s important (right that minute). We feel it even when it’s time to let go - hoping they know how much we loved them and did our best to take care of them while we had them. “A Paw Place” is in our hearts, and it’s in theirs. It’s a bond that’s more than love.
To help you love them A Paw Place offers dog walks for play, socializing, bathroom breaks, socialization or just some company during the day. We also visit cats while you’re away!
