Here are our holiday hours so you can plan ahead for visits and refills:

November
• Nov 26: 8am-6pm (normal)
• Nov 27: Closed for Thanksgiving
• Nov 28: 9am-2pm

December
• Dec 4: 8am-2pm
• Dec 5: 11am-3:30pm
↳ Reopening 5-8pm for the Winter Walk on Wilson! ❄
• Dec 24: 9-2pm
• Dec 25: Closed (Christmas)
• Dec 26: Closed
• Dec 31: 9am-2pm

January
• Jan 1: Closed (New Year’s Day)
• Jan 2: 9am-2pm

On days with shortened hours (12/4, 12/5, and our adjusted holiday days), it may take us a bit longer to reply to non-urgent messages and requests, thank you in advance for your patience! 💛

If your pet will need prescription refills, please request them at least one week in advance so we can help ensure availability and timely pick-up.

New patient spotlight: sweet Meli! 🧡

This adorable alum came in for her first visit and absolutely stole our hearts!!

Between belly rubs, cheese snacks (her fave!), and plenty of love from the team, she made herself RIGHT at home.

Chicago’s first snow has us trading sunscreen for scarves ❄️ - and remembering just how much fun we had at Uptown Live with this summer!

We spent that weekend in the heart of our community surrounded by live music, local vendors, and so many happy pups (and their humans!)! From pup cups and treats to belly rubs and fun chats with our neighbors, it was a day full of connection (and a few sticky fingers from all that whipped cream)!

We loved meeting new pet parents, catching up with familiar faces, and watching tails wag all down the block. It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do - building relationships that go wayyy beyond the exam room and right into the heart of Uptown!

Here’s to a cozy winter ahead, and to all the sunny, treat-filled days waiting on the other side of the snow. ☀️🐶

Our doctors and lead tech, Sam, met this week to review and refresh Wagnolia’s dermatology protocols - making sure every patient receives gold-standard care for allergies, itchy skin, ear infections, and more! All the fall allergen hits!

These sessions also help us better support you at home, with training on fear-free techniques for topical and oral meds so your pet feels calm and cared for. Part of The Wagnolia Way!

This little rescue showed up as the cutie rescue Superhero he truly is - saving hearts, spreading joy, and proving that every hero wears fur!

Porter and his pawrents are taking home a $25 gift card to Trading Post Pet Supplies , plus a $50 donation in their name to Care for Real , a 501(c)(3) providing food, clothing, and support across Chicago’s Northside.
