Two of our extra large Red Ruby Spiders just paired up and spawned today. In case you don't know, the Red Ruby Spider is Robert Lim's signature eruption strain, and without a doubt my favorite of all his spotted fish. I moved them out of the community tank, into their own tank. I am offering them as a possible pair at no additional charge over the price of the two discus. They will be posted on our website in a few days, but I wanted to give my Facebook followers the first chance at them. Let me know if you would like to buy them. Just in time for the New Year, we have New Pair! Two of our extra large Heckel Cross discus paired up and spawned this morning. So we are offering them as a possible pair. The female is drop-dead gorgeous! Dark red-brown coloration with deepest black halo and center bar. Of course, these are her spawning colors, but you can see her in her everyday colors in the video I posted a few days ago. The male is a handsome boy with sharply pointed dorsal fin and blue Heckel Cross colors, and dark center bar. Great pair! If you would like them, please let me know. They will be the regular price of the discus plus $50 for the pair.
We have a whole tank full of extra large Heckel Cross discus. These big boys and girls are at least 6". We don't often get Heckel this large in stock. The patterns and colors are amazingly varied. These Super Pantheras are a unique strain from Robert Lim. They have full perfect coverage of a fine spotted pattern from the base of the tail to the tip of their nose. The facial pattern is especially beautiful. A customer once commented that it looks like each scale is individually hand-painted. Our Albino Red Leopards sold out quickly last month. We replenished our stock with smaller and more affordable Albino Red Leopards. They are 4.5-5.0" and have absolutely beautiful patterns. Take a look at the video. They will be available to order on our website later this week.
