This week’s is excitement! 🤩

Furbabies show excitement in so many different ways. 🐕🐈 Pups love to jump and give kisses when they’re excited, while kitties show their enthusiasm with purring and making biscuits! 🥰 We love to see just how thrilled our Green Paws furry friends are to see their Pet Care Specialists, especially when we get pictures as good as these. 😁

🚨New Client Alert🚨 Who is that dapper gentleman with the impressive mustache? 🧐 It’s our newest kitty client, Leo! 😻

Leo is a social little man, loving to be pet and to hunt his string toys across the living room. Watch out, though, if no string toys are available he might just start to hunt you! 😱 He can be deterred, however, if you agree to play fetch with his rainbow ball. We think he drives quite the hard bargain! 🤣

Our furry friends seem to love having a new style as much as we do, if these pictures are anything to go by. 🥰

From fresh all-around cuts to trims around the eyes and paw pads, haircuts and groomings are so beneficial to pups. ✂ While they certainly like to preen and show off a new ‘do, taking some of that excess fur off can prevent slipping or accidents due to not being able to see as well as usual. 👀

Plus, they just look too darn cute with a fresh look! 💚🐾

When a furbaby watches out windows, it’s almost like their own form of TV. 📺 The sights of the outside provides a great form of mental stimulation and helps a pet explore their natural instincts such as stalking or surveying their surroundings in a totally safe and comfortable environment! ☺️

Plus, we here at Green Paws think it is adorable getting to see a furbaby react to the world around them. 🥹 Happy Wednesday Green Paws family, and remember to take it as easy as these furry friends when their ‘shows’ are on. 💚🐾

🚨New Client Alert🚨 We think we might have just found the cutest little Chihuahua and Boston Terrier mix in all of Chicago! Everyone give a warm Green Paws welcome to Yuzu! 🍋

Yuzu came all the way from Arkansas, from a very scary home. Here in Chicago, he is having a much better time, loving to give kisses and cuddles to his family. 🥰 He is a sweet little boy, jumping into the air to greet any new friends he meets! 🕴 He loves to walk along the river or on the walkways surrounding the Chicago Tribune building and Gleacher Center. If you happen to see this little man about town, give him a wave from us! 😉

Our primary focus is on the care of your canine and feline companions, though we’re happy to feed your finned and feathered friends too. We share your belief that our pets are our “fur children” and, as such, give your cat or dog the same love and attention one would give any child. Our dog-focused services include walking, sitting (in your home), boarding (in our home), feeding, medication administration and grooming, including regularly scheduled FURmination to maximize your dog’s comfort and minimize shedding in your home. We are a paperless business We bike to reach more than 90% of our client’s homes. Our walkers use biodegradable and compostable doggie waste bags. We educate our clients about green pet ownership principles, including best practices for food, grooming, litter/pet waste and other topics.
