Our Story
Green Paws Chicago LLC is licensed, bonded and insured; we've been active in the Chicago pet services market since 2007.
Our primary focus is on the care of your canine and feline companions, though we’re happy to feed your finned and feathered friends too. We share your belief that our pets are our “fur children” and, as such, give your cat or dog the same love and attention one would give any child.
Our dog-focused services include walking, sitting (in your home), boarding (in our home), feeding, medication administration and grooming, including regularly scheduled FURmination to maximize your dog’s comfort and minimize shedding in your home. For our cat clients, we offer companionship visits, litter service, feedings, medication administration and maintenance grooming, including regularly scheduled FURmination to maximize your cat’s comfort and minimize shedding in your home.
As indicated by our name, Green Paws Chicago has been a socially conscious, green business since its inception in 2007. We are a paperless business We bike to reach more than 90% of our client’s homes. Our walkers use biodegradable and compostable doggie waste bags. All light bulbs in our office are energy efficient, compact florescent bulbs. We educate our clients about green pet ownership principles, including best practices for food, grooming, litter/pet waste and other topics.
