This was a recent google review that was left about our shop.
I am trying to use this as awareness for grooming!
I completely understand that everyone expects to get the haircut/groom that you ask for when you drop your babies off. However, in some cases the condition of the dogs coat will not allow for those requests. I always do my best to inform everyone if that will be the case and I always try my best to get as close to what is wanted as possible. In the instances where it is not possible it is because there is no way to brush through the coat safely. The only way to prevent this from occurring is regular grooming appointments based on your pets hair growth and type of haircut that you desire and brushing and combing properly at home.
