This page will remain open! Even though I am no longer going to have pups to post, I still will have grandpups coming for y'all to see in future.. Thanks to all of you for an amazing time in my life! Wouldn't trade it for the world! Maybe it's time for me to start my senior dog sanctuary.. I don't know, but it all happens for a reason!

Ok, on Christmas day, Sumthin Shady birthday, her and Jambalaya, they got out together. We are now in the country, on 14 acres..fenced for the dogs.. we really thought they would be in love with such a huge yard! Not Shady and Jamby, at least when they were out together!
Christmas day 2023, for the 3rd time, they got out together, and the pumper said he saw them from just beyond our water gap, hauling butt north! Now, our nearest neighbor, and only Rd which is FM 51 is over a quarter mile away.. north is miles to even a country Rd.. West is the same, with south being a lil bit over half a mile.. so we weren't super worried..
But! Yes, there's always a but!! This time, my girls made a huge mistake! They came out on FM 51 about 2 1/2 to 3 miles north.. of home!
We pray that they were hit at the same moment.. it's truly hard to say! Jamby, Shady full sister, had always been there for Shady! They were so cute the way they cuddled each other!
We found out what happened, went and got them.. buried them together, beside their mom!
I will not be having anymore mammoths, or even oeb's..
I do still have my girl Tator.. and plans for some smaller fluffy akc English bullys are in the future. Losing my girls, took something from me.. something too deep to get back, even though I thought I could.. I can't! All that time.. and my girls.. are in the past now. I couldn't replace them if I tried! I loved them.. relied on them, as they did me.. we made some beautiful pups.. and I will always have a missing part of my soul.
My boys, Tator, and my 2 lil Maltipoo.. they never go far, or even close to trying to find a way out.
Those girls had a thing about travelling, they weren't chasing anything at all. Never even looked twice at the horses or cows..
Fly high my girls! I will always miss you! And even though it hurts more, I am actually happy.. as in life.. you did it together.. because I know if had just been one, the other would've morned to death..
