Sweet Casper came to us with a broken heart and a broken leg. 💔 After a brave surgery, he's now healing in a loving foster home. Even though he's missing a leg, Casper's spirit is HUGE! He's playful, affectionate, and ready to find his forever family.

💔 Blind senior dumped at the shelter 💔
Rubble came to us from a shelter in Los Angeles, where he was sadly surrendered by his previous owners because he wasn't getting along with the new dog in the home. So after 10 years of loyalty, love and affection they dropped him off at the shelter and didn't look back.

Rubble screamed for hours waiting for his family to come back. To this day he still has anxiety and misses them dearly. Losing his vision has made it difficult for him to adjust to new surroundings especially if the people he trusts the most are not there to reassure him.

He desperately needs the comfort of a loving home where he can feel safe and secure.

✨ Giving Back to Our Golden Oldies ✨
Our senior dogs deserve the absolute best! We've been wanting to start this project for some time now and are finally ready to take it on! We want to remodel our senior dog room and create a cozy haven for these precious pups. We currently have 15 senior dogs!! Waiting for forever homes in the meantime, they need somewhere nice and cozy.

🐾 This handsome fella is Stefan, an 8-month-old terrier mix with a wagging tail and a heart of gold! He's been waiting patiently at our rescue since he was just a baby, and it's time for this playful pup to find his forever furever home. He is crate trained, great with other dogs, and kids! He has not been exposed to cats

Reece came to our rescue heavily pregnant, and just six days later, she gave birth to six beautiful puppies! To ensure the best start for Reece and her little ones, they’re now safe and loved in a wonderful foster home.

🐶Two Hearts looking for a Home! 🐶
These two sweethearts were living a tough life – abandoned at a construction site, left to fend for themselves.

The incredible workers at the site felt their pain and stepped up. They provided food, shelter, and, most importantly, reached out for help.

We saw their story and knew we had to act! These pups had been living outdoors for months, often finding comfort on the doorstep of a newly built home.

✨And now, look at them! Safe, warm, and showered with love. ✨ We're so grateful to the compassionate workers and to the amazing community that makes rescues like this possible.

Fostering Saves lives
💔6-month-old puppy was found with a thick chain deeply embedded in her neck. 💔

This poor girl was found on the outskirts of Delano California in the middle of nowhere with a very thick rusty chain around her neck making her neck bare, red, and inflamed.

Thankfully she is in our rescue and we have found her a wonderful foster home where she doesn't have to worry about a heavy chain weighing her down or where her next meal is coming from.

Without loving foster homes, countless animals like her face uncertain futures. Shelters throughout California are ALL overcrowded, and the stress can be overwhelming for animals.

Fostering provides a temporary safe haven for these vulnerable creatures. It gives them a chance to heal, both physically and emotionally. In a loving home environment, they can learn to trust again, socialize, and blossom into their true selves.

💔 A Mother's Love Interrupted 💔

Seven precious puppies are facing a difficult start in life. Their mama was tragically struck by a car, leaving them orphaned and vulnerable.

We are incredibly grateful to a loving foster family who has opened their hearts and homes to these little ones. They are diligently providing round-the-clock care, bottle-feeding and nurturing these fragile puppies.

However, these tiny survivors have urgent needs.

To help these puppies thrive, we desperately need:

Heating pads: To keep them warm and cozy.

Warm blankets: To provide comfort and security.

Potty pads: To help with housetraining and keep their environment clean.

The Unforeseen Goodbye

Reese and Brigsby are back in our care after 5 years of having a wonderful family life.

An unexpected health challenge for a family member brought with it a devastating consequence: the dogs could no longer stay in the home. The news hit the family like a tidal wave. Tears flowed freely, not just from the humans but also from the dogs. Reese was a couple of years old when he was initially adopted and had been in and out of the shelters. He was patient and quiet while his humans filled out his surrender paperwork. Brigsby, on the other hand, has been in this home since she was just a few weeks old and was terrified. She cried and cried when her humans left. She has found comfort in Reese now that he is the only family she has left.

The decision to relinquish Reese and Brigsby was heart-wrenching. The family had loved them fiercely, and the dogs had returned that love tenfold.

Finding a home for these two loving souls is a monumental task, but it's a task we must undertake. Please reach out if you can open your heart and home to Reese, Brigsby, or perhaps even this inseparable pair. They desperately need a hero and a loving family to give them a second chance at happiness.

Both pups are well-mannered, have gone through basic obedience, are house-trained, good with other dogs, and have done well with children in their previous home.

From Street to Sanctuary: 8 Puppies & Their Mama Seeking Forever Homes!
This amazing mama was found living on the streets of Bakersfield, pregnant and alone. Thankfully, Animal Control stepped in and she found her way to our rescue with her 8 newborn pups.
Lynelle has been a good momma to her pups but she will never be doing that again. How she ended up a stray is beyond us. She loves humans, is great on leash and off! She is a great cuddler, great with other dogs of all sizes and even likes kids.
This little family is ready to find their forever homes.
