We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve officially started putting down roots right here in our hometown! After years of dreaming and planning, our horse training business is growing, and we couldn't be more excited to call Ceevee home again. 🐴

A huge shoutout to Mill Iron Steel for their incredible expertise as we begin building our new horse training arena! It's amazing to watch them bring their skills to life on the site, and we can't wait to see this space come to life.

Twisted Mesquite Performance Horses has officially made the move back to our roots in Ceevee, Texas! We couldn’t be more excited to return to our hometown, surrounded by the wide-open spaces!

We're in the process of building our very own facility right here, and we truly believe this is the perfect place to continue our mission of starting elite c**ts and creating top-tier cowhorses.

Rooster has always been a special horse with so much drive! We feel blessed to have had the honor of owning and training him.

The 2025 C**t Starting Season is HERE!

Are you looking to send your c**t to a professional training program?

Our program has 3 main pillars: Service, Care, and Training.

✅Service: Communication is a huge thing for us. When our customer sends us a horse, we want them to feel that they are a part of the process. From weekly videos of their horse's progress to weekly texts. We are always just a call away.

✅Care: Our customers value how their horses are cared for. So, we strive to maintain a high level of care for their horses. Weekly baths, braided tails, and regular farrier work make our horses shine. A top-notch feed regime helps, too!

✅Training is a huge focus of our program. We provide a consistent training approach with a reined cowhorse foundation. We aim to produce consistent, soft, responsive c**ts. Some c**ts went back to work on the ranch. Others will enter a 3-year-old performance horse program. The rest will become great weekend/trail horses.

We have found it is hard to have a great experience without all 3 of these pillars working together. We strive to provide the best overall experience for our customers!

Potential Unleashed: Showing this filly’s 9-month transformation.

We’re thrilled to share the progress of Cinnamon, a 2-year-old filly who came to us unstarted and has since blossomed into a solid, well-rounded young horse. Over the course of her time in our training program, she’s gained confidence, learned new skills, and developed a strong foundation that will serve her for years to come.
