Grahams Greens, LLC Market Farm: growing lettuce, herbs, vegetables and microgreens. My name is Graham Matter the owner/operator of this start up farm. Opened a farm store downtown.

Currently I have a full time job and farm full time afterwards. Previously a Chef who started urban farming with microgreens, hydroponics and backyard growing. Now I've expanded to 5 acre property here on Alum Cliff Road, Chillicothe where I will expand my operations and enterprises so I can provide more to my community instead just a few families and neighbors. I've always had passion for making

and growing food since I was a little kid. Before the internet, I walked half hour to the public library and bring back a mountain of gardening books each week. I still have that passion to learn and experience how to grow things.

So this year! I’m going a little bit crazier with the basil selection. Options as followed: sweet, genovese, Italian large leaf, purple, lemon, dwarf Greek, cinnamon, Thai, Thai sweet large leaf, Thai sweet and Asian. 😳 a new germination chamber costs $4000 and they are out of stock! Not gonna happen this year. So Tada! I made my own with stuff laying around last night. With the garden being 40X bigger, using the garage refrigerator isn’t gonna cut it any more and I definitely don’t have enough heat mats. Can’t wait until these babies come out to grow on for the plant sale! Hope to see you there!

Hey all you backyard chicken owners. This year will be a crazy time with the bird flu going around. I’m going to provide wheatgrass fodder this year for you all for a discount. $ 8 per 10x20in tray. 2-5 $7trays. Tray is not included so bring something to carry them. Interested in more than that per week, pm me to crunch the numbers. They are not just for chickens! They are for any herbaceous farm animals. I’m still going to do the petsized portions. Being blunt… happy animals taste better.

This farm is standby mode. Checkout the hawk sitting in the tree. No worries.. our chickens are safe. After that one year a predator ate all the heads off all our chickens, our chickens are well protected from all predators at coyote level. I don’t know about a bear attack level but still confident about that. Hope to double or triple our flock this spring but idk with the bird flu happening again. We were planning on getting eggs we can incubate ourselves. We don’t have a rooster. Expect to see egg prices going up nationwide. I hear they selling eggs a 9$/dozen.
