Tomorrow is TURKEY DAY!!!
Here are some tips to help keep your pet safe this Thanksgiving holiday:
1. Make your kitchen a pet-free zone.
2. Educate your guests; ask them NOT to share any of their food with your four-legged friends.
3. Patrol the room regularly, and pick up any unattended plates, cups, etc.
4. Keep foods off of low tables, especially dangerous foods!
5. Secure all trash bins so that your pet cannot go dumpster diving!
6. Have pet-safe treats available (in a limited supply) so they don’t feel left out.
Because of an abundance of food on Thanksgiving, following these tips will help keep your four-legged friend safe. Remember, if your pet should accidently ingest something harmful, contact your veterinarian ASAP!
