Good morning, Grooming friends!

We will be sending out text for our new Pet Care Authorization form to add to everyone’s online file with our new automated system. I advise everyone to read the entirety of the form as we require a credit card to be on file now to cut down on no-shows. We require a 24 hours notice for grooming cancellations or you will be charged our no-show fee.

The groomers will be able to answer any questions and/or help you do this manually at the shop!

Our part-time team member, Candas, has moved up to full-time! All existing AND new clients should call the shop at (660)240-5057 to get your pups looking and smelling fresh!

When calling please leave a voicemail and one of our groomers will get back to you as soon as possible! We recommend booking 2-3 appointments in advance so that your pups can stay on a consistent grooming schedule 🙂

Please remember we do require the kennel cough/bordetella vaccine at the time of grooming appointment.
