Important changes coming in 2025!!

Hello Everyone!
I wanted to take a moment to inform clients of two changes that will be implemented January 1st of 2025.

Change #1: Days of operation

My new work days in 2025 will be Sunday through Tuesday with 2 days (Wednesday & Saturday) that will be on a rotating schedule.
This will allow me to occasionally partake in weekend activities while not fully eliminating weekend appointments for clients.
Please see the attached photo as an example.


Change #2: Removal of standing appointments

Unfortunately due to an increased number of clients needing to reschedule or switch these schedules in the past year; I have decided to no longer offer standing appointments. It can be difficult to keep all clients schedules straight and with so many requests for changes it has started to cause double bookings and other unforseen issues with my system.

Clients wanting book appointments can do so by either using my online booking link (Will be sent individually for each client) or contacting me directly (via text,call or FB messenger) to set up appointments. This way clients can make sure that grooming appointments can work around thier other commitments. Appointments can still be made in bulk and up to a year in advance.
Booking for 2025 will open on July 1st 2024.

Another random update:
For some reason I am noticing a good chunk of appointment slots in the future that are double booked....my system should not be allowing this, let alone how it is happening as I check all the appointments prior to sending them out to you.
Please feel free to reach out if you get a notification or email and have questions. I am going to attempt to figure out why this happening as it is just as frustrating for me as I want to make sure all of my furry friends have their own time slots.
I apologize for the confusion or inconvenience this may cause.
I may have to go in and redo some appointments

Good morning!
Just a random heads up that apparently some clients have been getting notifications about appointments getting deleted. I am not sure why my system is sending these messages as nothing is changing on my end to my knowledge anyhow. Feel free to text me if you want to verify your appointments or have questions. UPDATE: Open spots are currently pending, Thank You!

I can't believe it, I think I am able to add a few new pets to my schedule!!
So with that said, do I have any current or past clients that have new pets under 50lb that want to jump on my schedule before I reach out to new clients?
I am posting this because the last half of last year was quite hectic so I am worried I may have missed adding someone to my waitlist.

Good afternoon everyone.
Many of you will notice a yellow speed bump thing in my driveway, this is just a wire for our new internet provider and will be buried in the coming weeks (Hopefully). This is absolutely ok to drive over and you can still park in the driveway. Just noticed some people are hesitant at first so just wanted to ease the minds of everyone.
