Royal ACD’s is well represented at the ACDCA National Specialty 2024. This year they launched an inaugural top 20.
“Whiskey” GCHP CH Royal’s & Sage Creek Whiskey Business won the “People’s Choice award”. IMO the greatest award as the vote was entirely from fans and peers.

“Gavin” NOHSS GCHG CH Royal’s Greatest Love Story FDC SWA SCM CGC won top 20 owner-handled.

I’ve been blessed as a breeder by owners who are passionate and true to our beautiful breed. I’m the luckiest.

Nawty “Royal’s Miss B Havin’”had her show debut last weekend with a large and beautiful entry of cattle dogs. She’s 6 months old and was entered in the 6-9 puppy class. On Sunday she won Winner’s B**ch for a 5 pt major.

Nawty is owned by Bob, our daughter Taylor and I.

Whiskey boasts an impressive list of achievements including OFA CHIC certification, two AOM awards, Best in Specialty Show, Platinum Grand Champion status at just three years old, two Westminster qualifications, Crufts qualification, and multiple group wins, earning him the #2 ACD ranking by AKC. I could watch him move all day long! He has 'EXCELLENT'-rated hips, mirroring his dam's and grandsire's EXCELLENT ratings, indicating a consistency that I’m so excited about.

I would also like to recognize Whiskey's owners, Justin and Michelle Doty, who have become close friends through these crazy blue and red dogs. Their friendship means so much to me.

Several years ago, Jen contacted us about a show pup. Little did I know she’d become one of my biggest advocates in the dog world! Gavin has been completely owner/handled. He has been ranked in the top 20 AKC Cattle dogs for 2 years straight. Earning titles at the front……and behind his name! Gavin is a littermate brother to Hooligan and Grit (both in my kennel).

I’m proud to announce that Gavin and Jen are going to the ACDCA in TN this fall. They earned an invitation to the NEW top 20 event. I’m thankful for you Jen, and I’m forever rooting for you!!!!
