Today we did some preparing for winter at the park and Mark completed another side of the new park addition. Winter is a season for renewing, reflection, and healing. Last month we bid farewell with profound love to two of our beloved pets that called Our little farm their home.
Our oldest horse resident, Jazz, earned her wings along with our heartbreaking farewell to Ruby, the girl who howled her heart out if she heard you arrive. We are greatful for the years we had with these two, and know they are in a better place. If it’s true about the rainbow bridge we would love to catch up with them again! I’m counting on it!!
We are generally open as usual In The winter. Feel free to contact us regarding conditions of the driveway, and I will try to reach out if it’s icy.
There is usually not a ton of snow under the trees, however, the park is beautiful to visit after the snow as the pines will hold a white quilt of snow.
As last winter, we will put out some small blankets, a sled and snowshoes!
Bring on winter at the park!!

It’s officialy official! WE are expanding in a BIG way!
Posts, fencing, gate all purchased last night!
Perennials transplanted, wild flower seeds sprinkled, and spring bulbs in the ground and I couldn’t be more excited. Let the work begin next month!
We can’t wait to see the pups racing thru trails of long grass and flowers!

Why pay for a private dog park when you can go to a public one free?!!
Some dogs are not property socialized, some are dealing with past trauma and don’t want to be with other dogs or people, but mostly safety. There are so many unprovoked attacks happening. I just came acrosss yet another one.
Come out to our private park and kick back and relax! Let your pups enjoy a park all to themselves! You might love it as much as they do!! In this case the owner of the dog that attacked, just left and now they have a $1,500 vet bill.

What a fun weekend at the dog park as we transition to fall, but it sure felt like summer!
Just a heads up we are booked up next Saturday! Two beautiful pups are booked for the day as their humans celebrate a family wedding at their home. They knew the pups would not do well with other dogs and have never been locked in a kennel. They are outdoor dogs. So they have been renting the park to get the pups comfortable, they have friends helping to watch them and I will as well for the day in the park. ❤️ I think they will have a blast! So look ahead for Sunday we still have lots of times available, or hit the park during the week!!!
