We finished up a week long stay with these crazy kids last week! This was our 5th stay with these guys, and they get goofier every time we see them 😂

They had fun days full of daycare, nights full of snuggles, new toys, car rides, and lots of yelling at the neighbors for existing in their own yard!

We’re counting down the days until our next stay, which is going to be a whole month long!! They’re probably going to he sick of our antics, weird songs we make up about them and sing to them, and our nonstop schedule but we can’t wait!!

3 year old female fixed White German Shepherd in need of a loving home.

Her current owners do not have the time for her and want to put her in a shelter.

She is very lovable, happy and playful! She has not been around other dogs with the exception of another German Shepherd and there were no issues.

Sweet Lo Bear 🥹💜
No amount of time would’ve been enough with her. The pack lost another boxer, and just like all the rest, she’s left us missing her wiggly butt and beautiful face. We only spent a short 5 months with Lo, and we were looking forward to our first sleepover with her, but the universe had other plans for her.

In the 5 months we knew and loved her, we watched her get two new cat siblings, and a new baby brother Milo. We think she stuck around to teach him the ropes, kick him around like a soccer ball, and remind him that she will always be the boss, no matter where she is 😂

We will miss her greetings, that side eye she always gave when we were trying to love on her, the smell of the top of her head, the crazy noises she would make when she’d get her ear scratched.

It’s such a beautiful thing to get to fall in love with dogs at the end of their life. We get to meet them just in time, before they move on to bigger things, and for that we always feel extra special. No matter how much time we have with them, we always end up falling just as in love as the ones we’ve known for years.

We promise to continue to look after Milo, Murphy, and Winston. Thank you for letting us love you, trusting us even though we know you didn’t want to, and for letting us spend the last 5 months you had with you. We love you Lo. We hope you’re finally getting some well deserved peace and quiet 💜

As of 12/04 Annie is still missing.
She is a rescued mill mom who is very skittish, chasing/ calling out to her will cause her to run out of fear. She was being fostered for 4 weeks prior to this so she is still adjusting, and because of being stuck in a barn pumping out puppies, her trust in humans is very limited.

Stevenson Road and Miller Road was the last sighting. If you live near there, if you’re in the area and want to help, you can set up a feeding station with wet dog food that has a potent smell, in view of outdoor cameras.

Check your Ring doorbell footage, especially overnight, in case she crossed your driveway. Any hunters, check your trail cameras. If anyone knows drone operators, contact the numbers on the flyers.

One of our favorite Thanksgiving traditions is watching the National Dog Show!! We always learn so much about different breeds, and of course we love screaming at the TV about their different haircuts and smooshy faces 😂

Spoiler alert, the pug, Vito, won best in show and we picked him from the beginning, just incase anyone is keeping tabs 🐶

Of course this list cracked us up, because out of all 10 boy names, we have 7 of them in our pack and multiples of some. Of all the girl names we have TEN OUT OF 10 in our pack!!

“When they forget to clean up all the balls and I find one and get to scream until they throw it for me!!”

“Climbing in the front seat while they pack everyone else up in the car and I get shotgun even though I’m one of the biggest dogs here!!”

“Bones, particularly ones that are 3 times my size. And then yelling at my big brother for looking at my bone.”

“Barking at the neighbors.” (How dare they exist in their own yard)

“My feud with the mailman.”

“Elevated surfaces I can jump on even though I’m not supposed to. Especially when there’s an entire chicken for me to steal.”

“Sleeping.”

“Naps!!”

“When Morgan and Nic forget they have a ziplock bag of milkbones in the front seat and cupcake tears it open and we all get to eat one before they get back to the car.”

“Biting butts. Human and dog.”

“Yelling at everyone for not playing by the rules.”

“Getting to be outside with all my friends every week!!”

“The hose.”

“Rocks.”

“Restricted areas of the yard I’m not meant to be in..”

“Getting picked up even though I’m 130 pounds.”

“Running full sp*ed around the yard with a toy in my mouth that I may or may not swallow.”

Penelope! The sweet potato, the pumpkin pie, the boss lady, the privileged princess she is all of these and much more, although demanding she is one of a kind and you have to love her for it.
Penelope has the ability sing, that paired with her love to chase a laser pointer, her chat, even her bum leg is all of the cutest and most endearing quirks to an absolute queen! She acts very tough and will always tell ford if he’s being a goofball but deep down she lets him get away with everything, you can see she is trying her best to make ford into a responsible good boy, I’m thankful for this beautiful angel and the week I got the spend with her!

Then there is Ford aka. Dr Wetnose, originally an MD with a terrible survival rate, he appears to dismember all of his patients meticulously and accidentally now branching into the field of forensic pathology after his long hours in the office he is a long string bean stretchy boy that is always polite and kind so kind he sometimes will do a p*e and get super shocked by it, his kindness is overflowing! He greeted me with kisses every time I would leave anywhere for a second and sleep directly on top of me with his nose to my chin.
I am grateful for all of the hours the Dr. puts into his practice and I am thankful for this beautiful string bean on this amazing Thanksgiving!

Ps. The entire Dr. Wetnose saga is the trademark of Fords Mom and Dad! So hands of bozos! And happy Thanksgiving be grateful for all of the hours your pet has brought boundless joy to your life and share that with the people around you. 🙏🐶🍗
