🐕🐾Happy Tails Tuesday 🐕🐾

Hello Priceless Pets Team,

As Halloween approaches, I can’t help but think of my Halloween rescue! 🎃🎂

I wanted to share a quick update on my dog, Cooper, who I adopted from the Claremont location on Halloween day three years ago (he was known as ‘Alden’ back then). He has really flourished since joining my family, and he’s definitely become a mama’s boy! Cooper absolutely loves our daily walks and has so much energy for exploring new places. He has shown his true colors and just how incredibly smart he is, despite being labeled as a “senior dog.” He has learned a bunch of commands and is quite protective of our home, which makes me feel safe. He is also very intuitive to emotions and definitely speaks through his beautiful puppy eyes. He knows how to use them to get what he wants! 🤪

Most importantly, he’s so loving and affectionate—always ready for cuddles! He’s gained a healthy amount of weight, and every vet visit has been great; they’re always impressed with how social and well-adjusted he is now. Thank you, Priceless Pets, for everything you do and for bringing Cooper into my life. I can’t imagine my days without him!

New update on our survivor Parvo puppy Coriander! He is back with his foster and thriving under her constant care and is doing well on his road to recovery ❤️‍🩹

Sweet little Thumbelina has recovered from her skin infection and is learning to socialize with other cats in her foster home. Due to her severe infection, she was never able to be around other cats.

🐈🐾💕Medical Monday 💕🐾🐈
Meet Sylvester
Sylvester came to us in mid August as a tiny month and a half old kitten with an upper respiratory infection and a skin infection on his face. He went into foster and continued to decline. Due to his upper respiratory infection he would not eat and began to lose weight rapidly. After multiple attempts to get him to eat and sustain some sort of nourishment the decision was made to take him to an emergency vet. Sylvester was hospitalized and given intravenous medications. He was diagnosed with a severe upper respiratory infection, eye infection, skin infection and Coccidia. The next couple days were going to be crucial. After hospitalization, and returning to his foster Sylvester began eating again and soon doubled his body weight. He has fully recovered and is now the picture of health. He’s an absolute love bug!

None of this would be possible without his amazing foster and the support of all of you. Im finally able to share our story:

We adopted at the time (Rosalie) from your Chino Hills location. She was young, thin, and scared of almost everything! Since then, she has grown not only in size, but on our hearts. She loves taking car rides, and being outdoors. She has 2 beds, including her own room, but chooses to lay wherever she can be closest to her Pawrents lol. We love our girl Robin and are so thankful you brought her into our lives!

Hello Carla. Hope you are doing well and also that your sister is too. Sending you pictures of our Valentina. Back to school. My grand son and grand daughter getting ready to start the new school year and giving Valentina their love. She loves them both so much and they love her. She is doing great and is such a love. She is always at my husbands side He walks her 2 to 3 times a day. Sometimes she takes the leash and wants to walk herself. Funny girl. She loves her toys and carries them everywhere with her. I think everyday of what would have happened to her and her puppies if there were not people like you to save such a precious life and I thank you every day for being there for her. My friend just had to put her cat to sleep. She was not going to get another one but her husband and herself found it too lonely without their fur baby. I have talked about you and precious pets since we got Valentina. So they made a trip to the one in Chino hills and adopted 2 sweet little kittens. They are so happy and the kittens adjusted to them and their new life very well. So your work continues. Thank you. Again I truly hope and your sister are doing well. Take care Carla Lots of hugs”

Happy Tails Tuesday! 🥰✨

Read this story below from one of our amazing volunteers…

“Misty was with us for about 2 months this summer. She was surrendered because her owner was hospitalized and her children weren't able to care for her. When her owner was released from the hospital, she came home to an empty apartment.

After a series of missed contacts, I was finally able to speak with Isabel. She explained how she never knew she could love or connect with an animal as much as Misty and she cried every night from missing her.

The good news was that Misty was still available for adoption at Costa Mesa but unfortunately Isabel couldn't travel that far.

We arranged transport to Claremont, and I brought Isabel to 2.0 where she re-adopted Misty. I brought Misty and Isabel home and got them all set up.

Today, I checked in with Isabel. Misty slept all night in her favorite spot next to Isabel and they have been cuddling all day.
